Resource Description

Developed an assay to evaluate the ancestral origins of M. mulatta and M. fascicularis monkeys. The assay contains a collection of 96 unlinked, population-specific SNPs that can be used to characterize genetic diversity and to determine the likely ancestral composition of an animal.
