Inpatient or outpatient procedure.
Resource Description

This procedure involves mediastinal lymph node sampling with use of an Olympus EBUS bronchoscope. At OHSU, with our service, the procedure is done by the thoracic surgery team (or the pulmonary medicine team, in a separate environment) after the patient has received general anesthesia and is orally intubated.
