    "Experience: Brendan graduated Cum Laude with a B.Sc. from the University of Arizona in 2005. While there he developed an interest in parallel processing and computer graphics. He then pursued these interests under Professors Torsten Möller and Daniel Weiskopf while attaining a M.Sc. from Simon Fraser University. The topic of his thesis was large volume rendering using distributed GPU computing. He successfully defended his thesis in June of 2008. Current research interests include parallel image processing and non-linear optimization on GPUs. When outside of work Brendan enjoys snow boarding, hiking, fixing his car, and trying to cook. Expertise: * Visualization of large volumetric data sets * Parallel and Distributed Programming * General purpose computations on GPUs"
