The mission of the Immunology Support Core (ISC) is to develop and provide a wide range of state-of-the-art services, assays, and training in support of NIH-sponsored immunology research involving nonhuman primates (NHP).

  • Cell sorting service ( Material processing service )

  • Flow cytometry training service ( Training service )

  • Specialized flow cytometric assays ( Material analysis service )

    Includes:

    * Phosflow
    * BrdU staining
    * CFSE staining for cell proliferation
    * Flow cytometric quantification and characterization of non-human primate (NHP) antigen specific T cells.
    * Flow cytometric cell phenotyping assays to monitor non-human primate (NHP) subpopulation dynamics.
